Once a month, subscribers will receive a carefully curated envelope filled with:

FAQ'S

When will I be charged?

When you subscribe, you’ll be charged immediately for your first month. After that, you’ll be automatically charged on the same date each month (based on your original signup date).

Is there a cut off date to receive this month's letter?

Yes, you must subscribe by the 15th of the month otherwise you will receive your letter the following month. This is due to printing and shipment logistics. Most of our products are handdrawn then printed at a third party.

When are letters sent out?

Letters are sent out the 1st of every month. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your letter by that time frame please contact us at solxstudioss@gmail.com.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email us at solxstudioss@gmail.com and we will end your subscription or change your address! Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending!

Refund Policy

Because each letter is made-to-order and includes personalized and handmade items, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges will only be offered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

  • Damaged or missing packages due to an error on our part

If you experience an issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package at solxstudioss@gmail.com so we can make it right.
